Conceptual Design

01 Phase   - Pricing plan set

Conceptual design ignites the creative process between client and designer. Let's meet at your space / site to collaborate on scope of work, desired wants, needs and budget parameters. This 1st phase consists of a site base measure to document your existing space / site and have sketching meetings that will create our proposed architectural pricing plan set.

Construction Documents

02 Phase   - Permit / Building specifications

When construction dates and budgets have been approved, construction documents will be created. This 2nd phase focuses on material specifications, final architectural plan set structural engineering details and all permit submittal requirements.

On Site Design Management

03 Phase   - Material / Selections

Before your project starts this is the perfect opportunity for builder, client and designer to touch base and run through final specifications and design questions. Throughout the build and at different stages designer site visits are key to help with open communication between builder, sub contractors and clients expectations.
